Request for Proposals

The City of Charlottesville will be accepting proposals for 2018 CDBG and HOME funding beginning October 27, 2017 and ending at 4:00 p.m. on December 1, 2017. Projects will support a viable urban community through the provision of decent housing, a suitable living environment, and economic opportunity for low and moderate income citizens.  Beginning October 27, 2017, the RFP and related documents can be found on the City’s website at www.charlottesville.org/CDBGHOMERFP . Online submission is required.

Mandatory RFP Workshop

The City will host a mandatory workshop to provide technical assistance on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.  The workshop will be held at City Space - 100 5th St NE, Charlottesville, VA 22902. Attendance to the workshop is mandatory and registration is required.
