WHAT IS MYCVILLE?
MyCville is a simple and intuitive online and smart phone application that enables the residents of Charlottesville to request services and identify quality of life and environmental issues and report them to the appropriate department for quick resolution.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Whether you have a billing question, need a smoke alarm, or would like to report a pothole, MyCville is ready to serve you!
Powered by Accela technology, the application uses your smart phone’s global positioning system to automatically provide the issue's location and the camera function to submit helpful images, simplifying the reporting process for both you and City staff. Once you have submitted an issue, it will automatically be routed to appropriate City staff and you can track resolution efforts within MyCville or via the web. A map of nearby issues is also displayed so the you can see what friends and neighbors may have already reported.
Reports can be made 24/7, however responses may only occur during operational City hours Monday through Friday from 8am–5pm. Please note that MyCville is NOT an emergency service application, in case of an emergency call 911.
MyCville is currently available for all IOS and Android phones, click a badge or scan the QR Code to download!
