CAT strives to make information concerning transportation services available to individuals with disabilities. This obligation includes making adequate communications capacity available, through accessible formats and technology, to enable users to obtain information and schedule service” (§ 37.167(f)).
Information about CAT’s ADA paratransit services, policies, forms, routes, procedures, etc will be provided in writing or in an alternate accessible format upon request; CAT’s webpage is text-to-speech (screen reader) friendly for individuals who are blind or low-vision.
