Membership: 12 members - 2 appointed from the TJSWC Board and 2 appointed from each of the five localities (local appointees selected: 1 by City Council and 1 by TJSWC).

Term: 4 years

Purpose: The Thomas Jefferson Water Resources Protection Foundation is a non-profit subsidiary of the Thomas Jefferson Soil and Water Conservation District, developed to administer the District's easement program. The District holds open-space easements that protect water resources and regional water quality. The TJWRPF service area includes the City of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Fluvanna, Louisa and Nelson.
