Andrea is the Director of Member Education Services with the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce and founder of Positive Channels, a production company with a mission to use the power of the media for good. Andrea was featured in the May 2014 edition of O, The Oprah Magazine. Her community work also includes nonprofit board service and youth mentoring.


 The Flying V's

As one of the newest a cappella groups on Grounds, the Flying Virginians were founded at the University of Virginia in 2009 by Lauren Groetch, who felt that the UVA a cappella music scene could use something more. The V's evolved into an a cappella group dedicated exclusively to singing rock and rock-influenced music, becoming UVA's premiere and only rock-appella group arranging music from Bruce Springsteen, Nirvana, the Four Seasons, and Aerosmith to The Killers, Paramore, Hozier, and Maroon 5. 


Crozet Chorus

The Crozet Chorus seeks to foster the appreciation and enjoyment of choral music in the community though high-quality performances and to inspire singers to realize their musical potential in a non-competitive and supportive environment.


Butterfly Vendetta

Virginia-based Butterfly Vendetta is a powerhouse blend of indie rock, punk and pop. Melding sonic influences from the likes of Paramore, Metric, Fall Out Boy, and Foo Fighters, this dynamic group has an infectious sound that breaks from the convention with enormous fun and intensity.


Wilson School of Dance

Wilson School of Dance was founded in 1977 and teaches students from ages 3 through adults. We have been serving the Charlottesville community for 40 years and teach Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theater Dance, along with a complete program for children with Princess Ballet, Pre-Ballet and combination jazz, ballet and tap classes.

Winter Wool Campaign with songs by Kennedy Buntrock & Kenedi Anderson

Kenedi Anderson and former UVA Children's Hospital patient Kennedy Buntrock will represent Children's Miracle Network and Charlottesville Police's Winter Wool Campaign through song.
The campaign seeks to raise $10,000 by March 1, 2020 and a representative from the UVA Children's Hospital will be on hand to collect donations throughout the evening.


Children's Choir of Central Virginia

Founded in January 2017 the Children’s Choir of Central Virginia seeks through care, practice, and discipline to nurture the music talent of all our choristers, that together we may perform well-crafted choral music repertoire, in varying styles and languages, with dedication and excellence, and thereby enhance the lives of both our choristers and our audiences with beautiful music.

DMR Adventures presents Broadway Kids Choir

The Broadway Kids Choir is one of the many exciting programs offered by DMR Adventures Performing Arts Academy.  DMR provides professional performing arts training for ages 4-18 through education and performance opportunities in acting, dance, voice, and technical theatre. The Broadway Kids Choir mission is to help create healthy and powerful singing voices while building self-confidence and musicianship in a team environment. The choir is open to students 2nd grade through high school and new members are welcomed each semester. The Broadway Kids Choir: Holiday Edition is under the direction of Xavier Taylor and Ellie Weikle.
