Democratic Party Presidential Primary will be held Tuesday March 3

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - The Democratic Party Presidential Primary will be held on Tuesday, March 3 in Charlottesville.

While many City offices will be closed on March 3 due to Freedom and Liberation Day, the Office of Elections and Voter Registration will be open and fully staffed.

All polling places will be open from 6am-7pm.

Absentee in-person voting is currently ongoing in the Voter Registration Office through February 29 during regular business hours of 8:30am-4:30pm M-F and Saturday from 8:30am-5pm.
