Office of Voter Registration In-Person Absentee Voting Details

In-person absentee voting begins Friday, January 17

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - The forty-five day period of in-person absentee voting for the March 3, 2020 Democratic Party Presidential Primary will begin on Friday, January 17, 2020 at the Charlottesville Office of Elections and Voter Registration.

The Office of Elections and Voter Registration is located in the City Hall Annex Building, 120 7th St. NE, Room 142.

Office hours are 8:30 to 4:30, Monday through Friday.

The office will be open for in-person absentee voting on two additional Saturdays, February 22 and February 29 from 8:30AM to 5PM.

February 29, 2020 is the last day to vote absentee in-person.

An acceptable VA Photo ID is needed.
