Briefly, what is the nature of the utility issue? If you suspect you have a gas leak, do not use this form, call 434 970-3800 immediately. Please use the Utility Application form if you wish to apply for service. You may add more detail regarding your issue in the next question. 
Please tell us more about the utility problem that you are experiencing. What is your timeframe is for this request? If you need a response in 24 hours or less please explain why. If that is not feasible due to work load, a staff member will contact you to let you know. If we are unable to meet a requested deadline we will let you know when you can expect the information.
