Please note that parking fines double if the ticket is not paid or appealed within 96 hours of issuance. (Charlottesville Code 15-149(b)) Partial payments cannot be accepted. If you are paying a ticket for which an appeal was not granted, please pay by mail or in person in the City Hall Lobby. If the court date for your ticket has passed, please contact General District Court at (434) 970-3385 for information on making your payment. Payments made after 3 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Please note that payment for tickets for which you have received a Summons notice may NOT be paid by credit card.
