TV10 is Charlottesville's award-winning Government Access Channel that is broadcast locally on Comcast Cable Channel 10 as well as Streamed Live over the internet 24 hours a day on the City's web channel.
We specialize in LIVE City meeting coverage and quality programming that is both original and informative. The TV10 Programming Guide provides you with our weekly program listing.

Between programming, TV10 hosts a Community Bulletin Board that allows our citizens to promote events and activities of community interest. These events must be local, not-for-profit, and should not conflict with the policy and guidelines stipulated in the TV10/Comcast franchise agreement. We recommend that you submit your request at least one month before your event occurs and ask that you keep your message under 35 words. TV10 reserves the right to edit any submission for formatting purposes.
With increased broadcast viewership and live web streaming capabilities, TV10 is an ideal place to get your message across to the public. If you have a Public Service Announcement that a) serves to the welfare of our citizens and b) meets certain broadcast quality criteria set up through the TV10/Comcast franchise agreement, then we would be happy to broadcast your message on TV10!
We can accept a variety of formats, but it is recommended that you contact us first before submitting your PSA so that we can work to find the best possible format for delivery.
TV10 produces a variety of community programming that highlights current community issues and events more completely than the local broadcast channels. Our intention is to bring you all sides of the story as well as being able to take you to events in the community that you might have missed. The Channel also brings you local press conferences in their entirety and previews many local festivals bringing you closer to the organizers allowing you to see the event through their perspective. We invite you to tune in for Whiskers and Tales for the latest on the SPCA, First Fridays - a show about the local art scene, Inside Nonprofits - detailing our local agencies and their needs, Politics Matters - an interview show on government and politics, and Cville Community Focus - a monthly news and information show.
