The Board of Zoning Appeals is a quasi-judicial board who are sworn in by the Circuit Court to serve a five year term. The function of the BZA is to hear and decide appeals from any decision or determination made by and zoning administrator and to authorize variances from the laws set forth in the Zoning Ordinance.

MEETINGS: 3rd Thursday of each month at 4:00 PM; only if an application has been submitted.

WHERE: Basement Conference Room in City Hall.

MEMBERSHIP: 5 full-time members, 2 alternate members.

TERM: 5 years.
