Note: The City of Charlottesville adopted the state's fee schedule.  The fee form above is the same form on the DEQ website however it differs in that fees shall be made payable to the City of Charlottesville and submitted to the City for processing along with the CGP Registration Statement linked above.  Also, the registration statement for sites within a common plan of development and less than 1 acre, the required fee is 72% of what is listed on the DEQ website, which is reflected in the above link.
