Temporary Laborers:
Three to four month assignment working with CRHA maintenance staff to help with annual HUD inspections of CRHA property. Work will involve grounds maintenance and making repairs to the exterior of CRHA buildings. 

Maintenance Tech II:
Working with the maintenance dept. Minimum of 3 years exp. Mastered ability to work with the tools and equipment used in these trades.Structural repairs to doors, cabinets and commodes. Replace tub surrounds. Make reapairs to turnover units. Must have VA Drivers license.

Maintenance Tech I:
Work on minor repairs to appliances, light oven pilots. Unstop clogged drains and commodes, replace door and window latches. Clean offices, community centers, grounds and sidewalks. Replace washers in sink faucets, repair flush tanks. Paint units, replace covebase and stair treads.Work as needed with the maintenance dept. Must have VA Drivers license.

Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader:
Will recruit and direct a team of 2 - 3 technicians/laborers in the maintenance of CRHA grounds. The GMCL will participate in and direct work involving lawn/grass care, vegetation care and management, general landscaping services, tree care/maintenace and related duties. 

Building Custodian:
This is an independant position to maintain and clean one of CRHA's properties. CRHA is seeeking to hire a self-reliant, highly motibated individual with a great work ethic. The BC will be cleaning floors, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms and elevators. The position entails using power and heavy equipment with the use of chemical cleaners. Requires bending and stooping.
