General Statement of Duties
CRHA is searching for a mission driven, organized individual that is enthusiastic about working with people to join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator. The Resident Services Coordinator should have an entrepreneurial spirit and experience in designing and implementing programs, policies and procedures. They are deeply motivated, have fantastic attention to detail, are timely, responsible, respectful to all and able to work independently. This person is someone who can “meet people where they are”. The Resident Services Coordinator realizes that their success can only be measured by the successes of those we serve - our residents and our community.
General Statement of Duties:
Plan, organize, implement and perform program-related activities in the operation and management of federally funded properties. Work is performed in accordance with HUD regulations and with specific objectives, priorities, procedures, policies, and state laws of public housing management. Considerable judgment is required; works under the direct supervision of the Executive Director or designee. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to Associates Degree from an accredited community college with a major emphasis in business administration, real estate, social science, or related field; and progressively responsible experience of 2-3 years in the management of a large (150-200 unit) housing complex or in a position in direct support of housing management operations. Housing Manager Certification preferred, or must be obtained within first year of employment.
