Park & Ride
Are you a commuter looking for alternative parking options? The City of Charlottesville offers free parking on Avon Street Extended.
EXTENDED - 1/7 through 3/11 - Free Trolley - Utility work will prevent the Free Trolley from traveling eastbound on Water Street. As a result, the route will not serve the 2nd Street Mall Crossing. Instead, the Trolley will use Ridge McIntire Road to reach Market Street. The route is expected to resume regular service on Tuesday, March 12.
3/12 and 3/13 - Route 8 - Bus stops #14133 and #14024 near Washington Park will not be served Tuesday, 3/12 and Wednesday, 3/13. The disruption is due to construction.
CAT strives to make information concerning transportation services available to all passengers.
