Are you a commuter looking for alternative parking options? The City of Charlottesville offers free parking on Avon Street Extended.
6/1/2018 to 7/20/2018 - Routes 4, 6, and 9 - Due to the planned closure of Crispell Drive, Routes 4, 6, and 9 will not serve the Jefferson Park Avenue at Pinn Hall, UVA Hospital, and West Main Street at 11th Street bus stops (#17028, #11193, and #11129 respectively). Instead, all three routes will serve a temporary bus stop located on Lee Street (near the UTS bus stop). This temporary bus stop will be served in both the inbound and outbound directions for Route 4 and Route 9. The detour will begin at 8 PM on Friday, June 1st.

This obligation includes making adequate communications capacity available, through accessible formats and technology, to enable users to obtain information and schedule service” (§ 37.167(f)).
