Special Events Application

*** Please note that the Special Events Application if for download purposes only.  Requests for special events will require a formal application accompanied by a $25 non-refundable application fee payable to Charlottesville Parks & Recreation. All formal application requests should be completed, signed and mailed to:  Charlottesville Parks & Recreation, P.O. Box 911, Charlottesville, VA 22902.   All event requests should be provided 60 days in advance of a requested date.
