SITE PLAN CONFERENCE NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Charlottesville will hold a Preliminary Site Plan Conference on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 10 a.m. in the NDS Conference Room in City Hall to review the following:

West Main Residence Inn (301 West Main Street) – Clark Gathright and Dagget & Grigg Architects, acting as agents on behalf of VIM Inc., has submitted a preliminary site plan for Tax Map 32, Parcels 197-199, located at the corner of West Main Street and Ridge McIntire.  The plan proposes to construct a 133-room hotel with structure parking.  The site contains 48,974 square feet (1.12 acres).  The site is zoned Downtown Corridor.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the opportunity to become familiar with the applicant’s development plans and to allow for comments to be made at the planning stages.
