Over 376 units are managed for the exclusive use of low income families, seniors, and disabled individuals. Another 300 units of privately owned homes are available by the CRHA through the Housing Choice Voucher Program. For general information call (434) 296-1863.

CRHA BOARD MEETINGS
**LOCATION CHANGE---The Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA) has changed the location of all regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners. Unless specifically posted otherwise, all meetings will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall in Charlottesville on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M.
The Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA) will have a Regular Board of Commissioners Meeting on October 26th at 7:00 PM in City Council Chambers located on the 2nd floor of City Hall.

The Housing Opportunities Program (HOP) provides loans to cover the difference between what a family income qualifies them to purchase and the sale price. |

Our Downpayment & Closing Costs Assistance Program assist low and moderate income households purchase homes by helping pay downpayment and closing costs. |

The Housing Choice Voucher Home Ownership Program provides assistance services to low to moderate income eligible families who currently have Housing Choice vouchers. *This program is currently closed to new applicants. |
