Over 376 units are managed for the exclusive use of low income families, seniors, and disabled individuals. Another 300 units of privately owned homes are available by the CRHA through the Housing Choice Voucher Program. For general information call (434) 326-4748.

The Housing Opportunities Program (HOP) provides loans to cover the difference between what a family income qualifies them to purchase and the sale price. |

Our Downpayment & Closing Costs Assistance Program assist low and moderate income households purchase homes by helping pay downpayment and closing costs. |

The Housing Choice Voucher Home Ownership Program provides assistance services to low to moderate income eligible families who currently have Housing Choice vouchers. *This program is currently closed to new applicants. |
