CAT Route Twenty-Four runs from the Downtown Transit Station via East High Street to Pantops Shopping Center and Avemore Farm Apartments.  The bus departs the Downtown Station at 615 East Water Street and goes west on Water Street, turns right onto Ridge/McIntire, and right onto Market Street.  It turns left onto Ninth Street, right on East High Street, and right onto the 250 bypass.  It crosses the Free Bridge and turns into the Pantops Shopping Center.  Leaving the Shopping Center, it proceeds north on Stony Point Road and turns right into the Avemore Apartments complex.  Leaving the complex, it turns left onto Stont Point Road and returns to Pantops Shopping Center before heading back downtown on Route 250, East High Street, and Ninth Street.  The bus turns left onto Market Street, right onto Tenth Street, and right onto Water Street, proceeding to the Downtown Station.  At the Station, this route becomes Route Twenty-Three for the next half hour.  Route Twenty-Four operates Monday through Saturday.
