CAT Route Twenty-Two provides service from downtown Charlottesville to Blue Ridge Commons and the University of Virginia Hospital.  Route Twenty-Two runs a loop route from the Downtown Transit Station at 615 East Water Street along Water Street, turning left onto Ridge Street, then left onto Monticello Avenue, right onto Second Street to Crescent Halls, then via First Street to Lankford Avenue.  It goes right onto Lankford, then right onto Ridge Street, left onto Barksdale Street, and left onto Fifth Street.  It turns right onto Bailey Road, the right onto Prospect Avenue, going by Blue Ridge Commons and onto Roosevelt Brown Boulevard, left onto Lee Street by University of Virginia Hospital,  right onto Jefferson Park Avenue, right onto West Main Street, and right onto Roosevelt Brown Boulevard.  The bus then turns left onto Cherry Avenue, left onto Ridge Street, right onto Monticello Avenue, left onto Avon Street, right onto Market Street, right onto Tenth Street and right onto Water Street to the Downtown Station.  At the Station, this route becomes Route Twenty-One for the next half-hour.  Route Twenty-Two operates Monday through Saturday.
