CAT Route Twenty-One runs from the Downtown Transit Station at 615 East Water Street on a loop route to Belmont and Belmont Park.  It departs the Downtown Station going west on Water Street, turns left onto Ridge Street, left onto Monticello Avenue, left onto Second Street, then right onto Garrett Street.  It turns right onto Avon Street, then left onto Hinton Avenue, left onto Bainbridge Street, right onto Carlton Road, and right onto Nassau Street.  It turns right onto Hampton Street, left onto Carlton Road, left onto Monticello Road, right onto Druid Avenue, and right onto Monticello Avenue.  It turns left onto Altavista Avenue, left onto Rialto Street, right onto Stonehenge Avenue, left onto Druid Avenue, and right onto Avon Street.  It turns right onto Market Street after passing over the Belmont Bridge and then right onto Tenth Street and right onto Water Street, proceeding to the Downtown Station.  At the Station, this route becomes Route Twenty-Two for the next half-hour.  Night Route Twenty-One operates Monday through Saturday and serves the same area and bus stops at Day Route Three.
