CAT Route Two A runs from the Downtown Transit Station at 615 East Water Street on a loop route encompassing Park Street, North Avenue, Locust Avenue, Peartree Lane, St. Clair Avenue, and Locust Avenue. The bus departs the Downtown Station, proceeding west on Water Street, then right onto Ridge-McIntire, then right onto Market Street.  It turns left onto Ninth Street, left on East High Street, and right onto Park Street.  It turns right onto North Avenue, right onto Holmes Avenue, left onto Calhoun Street, left onto Locust Avenue, right onto Peartree Lane, and right onto St. Clair Avenue.  It turns right onto the 250 Bypass, then left onto Locust Avenue, right onto East High Street, and left onto Seventh Street. It turns left onto Market Street, then right onto Tenth Street, and right onto Water Street, proceeding to the Downtown Station. It then becomes Route Two B. Route Two A operates Monday through Saturday.

CAT Route Two B runs from the Downtown Transit Station at 615 East Water Street to the Willoughby Square Shopping Center and the Albemarle County Office Building South.  It departs the Downtown Station at 615 East Market Street heading west on Water Street, then turning left onto Ridge Street. It goes by the Willoughby Square Shopping Center, crosses over Interstate 64, continues on Fifth Street, turns left onto Hickory Street, left on Bitternut Lane, and right onto Hickory Street near Southwood's Community Center. Continuing on Hickory Street, it turns right onto Old Lynchburg Road.  Passing the Albemarle County Office Building South, it returns downtown on Fifth Street, which becomes Ridge Street, and on Monticello Avenue to Avon Street.  The bus turns right onto Market Street, then right on Tenth Street, then right onto Water Street, proceeding to the Downtown Station at 615 East Water Street, where the route becomes Route Two A.  Route Two B operates Monday through Saturday.
