TV10 is Charlottesville's award-winning Government Access Channel that is broadcast locally on Comcast Cable Channel 10 as well as Streamed Live over the internet 24 hours a day!
We specialize in LIVE City meeting coverage and work hard to provide you with quality programming that is both original and informative. The TV10 Programming Guide provides you with our weekly program listing.

Between programming, TV10 hosts a Community Bulletin Board that allows our citizens to promote events and activities of community interest. These events must be local, not-for-profit, and should not conflict with the policy and guidelines stipulated in the TV10/Comcast franchise agreement. We recommend that you submit your request at least one month before your event occurs and ask that you keep your message under 35 words. TV10 reserves the right to edit any submission for formatting purposes.
With increased broadcast viewership and live web streaming capabilities, TV10 is an ideal place to get your message across to the public. If you have a Public Service Announcement that a) serves to the welfare of our citizens and b) meets certain broadcast quality criteria set up through the TV10/Comcast franchise agreement, then we would be happy to broadcast your message on TV10!
We can accept a variety of formats, but it is recommended that you contact us first before submitting your PSA so that we can work to find the best possible format for delivery.
