Rives Park Planning

Rives Park was identified in the 2005 Parks and Recreation Needs Assessment as a candidate for improvements. 

Land Planning and Design Associates was hired to assist the Department in developing a master plan for the park.

Rives Park Draft Master Plan 2008

Rives Park improvements and construction is planned to begin in 2009.   The park also received a 2007 mini-grant from Neighborhood Development Services (City CIP fund) to modernize the drainage box at the Park entrance off Nassau Street, and this project is in the beginning phases.
