FREE Trolley Detour

Due to the Holiday Heritage Parade on Saturday, November 21, Charlottesville Transit Service (CTS) will detour the FREE Trolley route from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
During the detour, the eastbound FREE Trolley will not travel east of Ridge McIntire on Water Street, or cross the Downtown Mall. Instead, the FREE Trolley will travel northbound on Ridge McIntire to Market Street, returning to its usual route at the stop at East Market Street and 2nd Street NE. The CTS FREE Trolley stop at 2nd Street SW and the Downtown Mall (near Christian’s Pizza) will not be served during the detour.
