Instructions for generating nine-digit parcel numbers
The first three digits are the two-digit map number and map letter.
The middle three digits are the parcel number.
The last three digits are the unit number, unit letter or any decimals after the parcel number.
Examples:
map 1 parcel 2 = 010002000
map 1A parcel 23.4 = 01A023400
map 12A parcel 345-B67 = 12A345B67
