CIP Meetings to obtain consensus on project. 2. City creates design options. 3. Neighborhood picks design. 4. City ballots affected property owners. 5. 50% response required with 2/3 in favor. 6. Temporary measures installed for 3-4 months. 7. Permanent measures installed. 8. One year after permanent installed, evaluation of how well measure has worked. |
